Okay. Went to my doctor, he felt my knees and THAT HURT, but it was okay. Then he just sits down and saaaays...
*DRUM ROLL*
PATELLO-FEMORAL SYNDROME!
"The patella glides up and down in a shallow grooveformed by the femur (thigh bone) and its covering ligaments. THe pain is caused when increasing tension gradually increases the pressure between the patella and femur."
In blunt terms, my patella is the size that is normal for a 20 year old, the ligaments that hold in the patella (knee cap) are the size of an 11-year old. LET ME DEMONSTRATE.
There is nothing I can do about it, but endure it. I get to ice my knee for 10 years, because in that time, the knee cap with sand itself down and finally fit. ;-;
